Mike Eastman has been the Christian Education Pastor at Bethel for over a decade. Before Bethel he served churches in California, Oregon, and North Dakota. Pastor Mike and his wife Wanda have been married for 26 years. Pastor Mike likes to work with kids and play golf. He collects toothpick holders from around the world and Bible story ties.

Walt Walkowski is the Associate Pastor at Bethel, assisting the Senior Pastor in his duties and overseeing the ministries targeted to students and families. He is married to Sara, and together they have two children, Rachel and Nate. Walt especially enjoys spending time with his family. He is an avid fan of all the Detroit sports teams, especially the Lions, and has been known to participate in a fantasy football league or two. Walt also enjoys listening to music of many different genres, watching movies, reading, and playing games of all kinds (Risk is his favorite). He is a graduate of Denver Seminary.

Cheri Carlson
Worship Arts Coordinator (part time)

Cheri serves Bethel and the Worship Arts Ministry Team by scheduling available personnel for services, coordinating Special Events (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Christmas Eve., etc), being pro-active in developing worship resources, Liaison between all Sunday morning worship personnel: musicians, drama, readers, worship leaders, creative worshipful dance, tech teams, staff, etc., working with Worship Arts Ministry Team in developing agenda for team meetings, taking notes, contacting members, follow-up, and enhance quality control, by communicating special technical needs to tech teams and works with worship leaders, staff, etc., to evaluate and enrich the spiritual sensitivities of the worship personnel and the excellence with which they serve our church family.
